Eating Blueberries Reverses Memory Loss
Category: Enhance MemoryScientists from the University of Reading discovered that eating blueberries can reverse memory loss and may even help in the management or cure of such diseases as Alzheimer’s.
Blueberries are rich in flavonoids, which are known to serve as powerful anti-oxidants in the human body. But what’s more, the results of the study indicates that adding foods like blueberries and other flavonoid-rich fruits like grapes in your diet improves memory capacity.
The next step, say scientists, is to further investigate the effects of diets rich in flavonoids on people with cognitive impairment or even Alzheimer’s disease.
